Physical sales are entirely self-run: you set the price and stock, you get the buyer's address by email, and you post it yourself and tick it as posted. There's no admin fulfilment queue on BulletPoint's side — this is between you and your buyer. The first time you set a physical price on any book, you'll be asked to accept the seller terms (read them at /seller-terms) — tax on a physical sale is your own responsibility, not something Stripe or BulletPoint calculates for you. Physical price uses the same currency as that book's ebook price. Shipping options are a list you build yourself: each one has a label (e.g. "UK second class", "Rest of world airmail"), a price, and which countries it applies to. Leave the countries blank on one option to make it your catch-all for anywhere you haven't listed specifically — Stripe shows every option to every buyer regardless of their address, so the label is what tells them which one applies to them. Setting an option's price to zero is how you offer free shipping. When an order comes in, you and the buyer both get an email, and the order and address land on your Sales page (see "Understanding Sales & fulfilling physical orders") for you to mark as posted.
