Each physical copy is sold and posted by the author themselves, not by •BulletPoint Publishing centrally - we process the payment and pass your order straight to them. The shipping price and options you saw at checkout were set by that author.
Authors post orders themselves, usually within a week or two - this isn't a warehouse operation, so please allow a bit more time than you would from a large retailer. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as you order.
If your order hasn't arrived, arrived damaged, or isn't what you expected, reply to your order confirmation email and we'll pass it straight to the author, who's responsible for sorting it out with you. If you don't hear back, use our contact form and we'll chase it.
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. No tax is added at checkout - the price you see is the price you pay.
