Requesting account deletion

You can request deletion from the bottom of Profile & Design. Requesting it only stops future billing (your subscription is set to cancel at the end of the period you've already paid for, no partial refund) — nothing else changes immediately. Your page, books, and subscribers all stay exactly as they are until billing actually lapses. If you're owed any money that hasn't been paid out yet, deletion won't complete until that's settled — you'll always be paid before your data is removed, never the other way round. Once billing has genuinely ended and nothing is owed: if you never made a sale, your account is removed outright. If you have sales history, full erasure isn't possible without destroying that financial record (which needs to survive for tax purposes), so instead your profile is anonymised — every personal detail scrubbed, login permanently disabled, books unpublished — while past buyers keep whatever download window they were already promised. If you change your mind, contact support before billing actually ends and cancellation can be reversed.
