Toolchest Help › Sales & Analytics
Sales lists every order, ebook and physical, with a monthly statement above it showing gross sales, Stripe's fees, your share, what's already been paid out to you, and what's still outstanding — all split by currency if you sell in more than one. For a physical order, the buyer's shipping address is shown right there on the row. Once you've posted it, click "Mark posted" — this is entirely on you; there's no automatic tracking integration, it's a straightforward acknowledgement that it's been sent. One thing worth knowing: if physical orders pile up unfulfilled for too long (over 10 days, and more than a couple of them), physical sales pause automatically until the backlog clears, since an unfulfilled order run through BulletPoint's own Stripe account becomes BulletPoint's problem too, not just yours. Marking orders posted promptly is what keeps this from ever coming up. This is separate from the voluntary "I'm away" pause you can set yourself in Profile & Design — that one never affects the automatic one, and vice versa.
