Running an ARC (advance review copy) campaign

An ARC campaign is how you get early reviews before or around launch. From Review Copies (ARCs), open a campaign against a specific book: set a maximum number of copies, optionally an "open until" date, and a note for reviewers (anything they should know before requesting one). Share the campaign's request link wherever you'd reach reviewers — your newsletter, social, a book-review community. Requests come in as pending; approve or decline each one from the campaign. An approved request is emailed a signed, watermarked download link automatically — you don't send the file yourself. Watermarking traces a copy back to the specific reviewer it was sent to, which is worth keeping in mind if a review copy ever turns up somewhere it shouldn't.
